Spicy Ginger Sauce


1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons peeled, grated fresh ginger

1 teaspoon hot chili-garlic sauce, such as Sriracha


In a small bowl combine the sauce ingredients Cover and refrigerate.

Will keep 3-4 days. Serves 6-8.
