Breaded Yellow Lake Perch Fillets |

All
fillets are battered from fresh Yellow Lake Perch. Every piece is hand-scraped
and inspected to assure the highest quality product available. The perch fillet
is coated with a specially formulated coarse breading which allows the fish to
breath while cooking and provides a distinctive bite without the hardness
associated with fine breadings.
Yellow Lake Perch
Fillets (Perca Flavescens), Bread Crumbs, Bleached Wheat Flour, Salt, Soybean
Oil, Mono and Diglycerides, Dextrose, Leavening, Whey Natural Flavor, Oleoresin,
Paprika, Yellow Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Sugar Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium
Alginate, Soy Flour and Cellulose Gum.
Cook
frozen. For best results, deep fry 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees.
