Canadian Pike, also known as Walleye Pike or Canadian Saugers, are the "BEST KEPT SECRET IN FRESHWATER FISH." Every fillet is hand-scraped and inspected to assure the highest quality product available. The fish is coated with a specially formulated coarse breading which allows the fish to breath while cooking and provides a distinctive bite without the hardness associated with fine breadings.


INGREDIENTS

Canadian Pike Fillets (Stizostedion Canadense), Bread Crumbs, Bleached Wheat Flour, Salt, Soybean Oil, Mono and Diglycerides, Dextrose, Leavening, Whey Natural Flavor, Oleoresin, Paprika, Yellow Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Sugar Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Alginate, Soy Flour and Cellulose Gum.


PREPARATION GUIDELINES

Cook frozen. For best results, deep fry 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees.
