Breaded Zander Perch Fillets

 

A European alternative to Yellow Lake Perch.

KEY FEATURES

All fillets are battered from either 25-40 gram (regular size) or 40-60 gram (Ohio size) perch fillets. Each piece is hand-scraped and inspected to assure the highest quality product available. The perch fillet is coated with a specially formulated coarse breading which allows the fish to breath while cooking and provides a distinctive bite without the hardness associated with fine breadings. 


INGREDIENTS

Zander Perch Fillets (Stizostedion lucioperca), Bread Crumbs, Bleached Wheat Flour, Salt, Soybean Oil, Mono and Diglycerides, Dextrose, Leavening, Whey Natural Flavor, Oleoresin, Paprika, Yellow Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Sugar Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Alginate, Soy Flour and Cellulose Gum.


PREPARATION GUIDELINES

Cook frozen. For best results, deep fry 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees.
