KEY FEATURES

Our Alaskan Pollack fillets are hand-cut from 2 to 4 oz. natural fillets and then lightly breaded with our specially formulated breading. The product is then graded and boxed. Our Breaded Alaskan is the ideal fish for a quality Fish & Chips item on your menu.


INGREDIENTS

Alaskan Pollack Fillets, Bread Crumbs, Bleached Wheat Flour, Salt, Soybean Oil, Mono and Diglycerides, Dextrose, Leavening, Whey Natural Flavor, Oleoresin, Paprika, Yellow Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Sugar Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Alginate, Soy Flour and Cellulose Gum.


PREPARATION GUIDELINES

Cook frozen. For best results, deep fry 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees.
