Battered Yellow Lake Perch Fillets |

The most prized catch in
freshwater fish. |
All
fillets are battered from fresh Yellow Lake Perch. Every piece is hand-scraped
and inspected to assure the highest quality product available. The perch fillet
is coated with a specially formulated coarse breading which allows the fish to
breath while cooking and provides a distinctive bite without the hardness
associated with fine breadings. The battered perch is then dipped
in a lightly seasoned batter.
Yellow Lake Perch
Fillets (Perca Flavescens), Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Soybean Oil, Salt, Corn
Meal Corn Starch, Non-Fat Milk Solids, Herbs, Spices, Onion Powder, Leavening
(Contains Baking Soda, Mono-Calcium Phosphate) and Extractives of Paprika as a
natural color and flavor.
Cook
frozen. For best results, deep fry 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees.
