Canadian
Pike, also known as Walleye Pike or Canadian Saugers, are the "BEST KEPT
SECRET IN FRESHWATER FISH." Every fillet is hand-scraped and inspected to
assure the highest quality product available. The fish is dusted with a
specially formulated coarse breading which allows the fish to breath while
cooking and provides a distinctive bite without the hardness associated with
fine breadings. It is then dipped in a lightly seasoned batter.
Canadian Pike Fillets (Stizostedion Canadense), Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Soybean Oil, Salt, Corn Meal Corn Starch, Non-Fat Milk Solids, Herbs, Spices, Onion Powder, Leavening (Contains Baking Soda, Mono-Calcium Phosphate) and Extractives of Paprika as a natural color and flavor
Cook
frozen. For best results, deep fry 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees.
