Hand battered from Tail-On Gulf Shrimp |
We use
only chem-free 100% West Coast Gulf Shrimp for that real shrimp flavor. We then
hand dip them in a special battered that only increases the shrimp one size
level. For instance, our 10/15's are battered from 16/20's and our popular
26/30's are battered from 31/35's. With Weyand's shrimp, you will be able to
give your customers 1/3 more shrimp for approximately the same cost as a 50%
coated, breaded shrimp. Because of the large selection of coated shrimp
available in the marketplace, we have found the best method of selling Weyand's
Battered Shrimp is to sample the product. Past experience indicates that once a
restaurant has tried our product they will remain a repeat customer for years.
Gulf of Mexico Shrimp,
Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Salt, Corn Meal Corn Starch,
Non-Fat Milk Solids, Herbs, Spices, Onion Powder, Leavening, (Contains Baking
Soda, Mono-Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), and Extractives of
Paprika as a natural color and flavor.
Cook
frozen. For best results, deep fry 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees.
