Our Alaskan Pollack fillets are hand-cut from 2 to 4 oz. natural fillets and then lightly battered with our specially formulated breading. The product is then graded and boxed. Our Battered Alaskan is the ideal fish for a quality Fish & Chips item on your menu.


INGREDIENTS

Alaskan Pollack Fillets, Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Salt, Corn Meal Corn Starch, Non-Fat Milk Solids, Herbs, Spices, Onion Powder, Leavening, (Contains Baking Soda, Mono-Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), and Extractives of Paprika as a natural color and flavor.


PREPARATION GUIDELINES

Cook frozen. For best results, deep fry 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees.
