These scallops are great as hor'dovours or on a seafood platter.

  


KEY FEATURES

Deep frying scallops is like cooking ice cubes; they require at least 4 minutes cooking time. Our Scallops, with their specially formulted batter, can be cooking up to 6 minutes without burning.  Breaded scallops usually start to burn after 4 minutes and even sooner if the fryer tempurature is over 350 degrees.


INGREDIENTS

Sea Scallops, Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Hydorgenated Soybean Oil, Salt, Corn Meal, Corn Starch, Non-Fat Milk Solids, Herbs, Spices, Onion Powder, Leavening, (Contains Baking Soda, Mono-Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Sodium Tripolyphosphate and Extractivies of Paprika as a natural color and flavor.


PREPARATION GUIDELINES

Cook frozen. For best results, deep fry 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees.
