Swordfish as found throughout the world in tropical and temperate seas. This popular fish is usually sold as steaks and has a firm texture similar to that of beef.
SWORDFISH STEAKS |

| Use approximately 8 to 10 oz. per person. |
|
| Cook in the same manner you would a beef steak of a similar thickness. Place under the broiler or on the grill on medium high heat. Cooking time depends and the thickness of the fillets. Cook until the meat is a consistent color all the way through; approximately 8 minutes for a fillet under 1 inch thick, 10 minutes if over 1 inch thick. Turn the steak over about half way through the cooking time. | |
